Job summary

East Partnership is seeking a Vice President for Private Side Distribution within Capital Markets to support growth of private-side distribution across Australia and New Zealand. The role emphasizes managing investor engagement and guiding syndicated loan distributions from mandate through financial close.

You will work with origination teams, relationship managers and regional colleagues to lead investor dialogue, optimise distribution strategies and provide market intelligence across leveraged

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience within Syndications, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Distribution or a relevant Coverage function at a major bank or international financial institution.
• Experience across structured lending products, including leveraged finance, project finance or specialised finance, will be highly regarded.
• Degree-level academic credentials and strong stakeholder management capabilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor dialogue and manage syndication and bookrunning processes.
• Provide market intelligence and optimise distribution strategies.
• Collaborate with origination teams, relationship managers and regional distribution colleagues.
• Manage multiple deal processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
