Job summary

East Partnership in Sydney seeks a Vice President to lead private-side distribution across Australia and New Zealand within its Capital Markets Group. You will drive investor dialogue, manage syndication processes and provide market intelligence to optimise structures and distribution strategies.

The role requires extensive experience in Syndications and Debt Capital Markets, with strong emphasis on investor dynamics and execution excellence.

Qualifications

8+ years’ experience in Syndications, Debt Capital Markets, Loan Distribution, or related coverage functions within a major bank or international financial institution.
Strong exposure to structured lending products such as leveraged finance and project finance.
Deep understanding of loan markets, investor dynamics and syndicated debt transaction execution.
Proven ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
Degree-qualified in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead investor dialogue and distribution across the platform.
Manage syndication and bookrunning processes from mandate to close.
Provide market intelligence and optimise transaction structures and distribution strategies.
Engage with clients, investors and internal teams to deliver outcomes.
