Job summary

ExecThread is seeking a Vice President for its Leveraged, Acquisition, and Syndicated Finance team in Australia and New Zealand. You will lead origination and execution of various financings, manage risk, and drive growth through strong client and investor relationships.

The role requires a finance-focused degree, deep credit/product knowledge, and proven capability in originating and marketing leveraged and acquisition finance deals. A strategic, proactive collaborator is essential.

Qualifications

Experience in loan syndication or leveraged and acquisition finance.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Lead origination and execution of leveraged, acquisition, and syndicated financings in Australia and New Zealand.
Lead pitch preparation and negotiate transaction terms with clients.
Manage credit risk and underwriting throughout the deal process.
Build and maintain a network of external stakeholders including investors and sponsors.
