Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration or related discipline; MBA/PhD/PharmD preferred.
• Significant senior leadership experience within the Australian biopharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated success leading commercial organizations with P&L accountability.
• Experience establishing, building or scaling pharmaceutical affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Own the Australia P&L and ensure disciplined financial management.
• Lead strategic planning, portfolio prioritization and investment decisions for Australia.
• Establish the Australian affiliate, including organizational design and governance.
• Position Australia as a strategic contributor to global clinical development and launches.
