We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate and skilled individuals to join our expanding national Board in a voluntary capacity. We currently have two vacancies and are specifically seeking individuals with relevant experience and professional expertise to lead one of the following portfolios:
Established in 2014, 100 Women is a collective giving circle that transforms the lives of women and girls. It enables everyday people to be involved in creating a world where all women and girls can live safely with access to health, education and economic freedom. 100 Women does this by combining donations and knowledge to provide impactful grants.
In 2025, 100 Women has supported 39,000 women and girls across 9 different countries to thrive, funding almost $1.8 million across 49 projects focused on health, safety, education and economic opportunity.
To do this important work, we need leaders who are passionate about giving back to the local, national and global community. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking, philanthropic network at an exciting stage in its development.
100 Women is based in Perth, but this role will also be considered for individuals based in other parts of Australia.
We encourage diversity and inclusivity and welcome all genders, CaLD and First Nations people and individuals with disability to apply. Applicants must be living in Australia.
While some skills and experience are essential, many other elements are not. We appreciate that not every candidate will meet every requirement. Even if you do not meet all the criteria but believe you could make a strong contribution to our Board and have a passion for gender equity, we encourage you to apply. We would love to know how you can amplify our giving circle with your unique experience.
If either of these roles sounds like you, we encourage you to apply online or send in your CV and an introductory email to Karen Brittain, Executive Officer at karen.brittain@100women.com.au or apply via the LinkedIn process.
Applications close on Wednesday 10th December at 5pm WST.
Location: Perth, Australia. Other Australian locations considered.
Salary: A$190,000.00 – A$220,000.00 (depending on experience).
