Job summary

Canterbury College in Brisbane is seeking a passionate Studio Instructor (Voice) to deliver high-quality vocal tuition to students from Prep to Year 12 in a casual role. You will inspire a love of music, develop technique, and support participation in the college's performing arts program.

Within the Music Department, you will collaborate with classroom teachers, ensemble directors and staff to foster a vibrant, student‑centred music culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of vocal pedagogy and differentiate instruction for diverse learners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with students, families and colleagues.
• Experience in a school music program is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality vocal tuition tailored to individual students across Prep–Year 12.
• Collaborate with classroom music teachers and ensemble directors to support performances and events.
• Manage lesson schedules and administrative requirements; ensure student progress and safety.
