Job summary

Action Workforce Pty is urgently seeking experienced voice pickers for our Sydney-area warehouse. Roles include night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, with training on the 1:45 PM – 9:45 PM shift prior to rotating to nights. Requires voice picking and RF scanning experience, and comfort with heavy lifting up to 15 kg.

Location: Kemps Creek, NSW
We’re urgently looking for experienced voice pickers to join our team across AM & NIGHT shifts. If you have voice picking + ride-on pallet jack experience and are ready to start ASAP, we want to hear from you!

WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT: Alcohol distribution
HEAVY LIFTING IS REQUIRED — applicants must be comfortable handling cases weighing up to 15kg.

• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Sun-Thur)
  Night shift applicants MUST be available to complete training on the PM shift, 1:45 PM – 9:45 PM, before moving onto the night roster.
• Voice picking & RF scanning
