Job summary

Labourforce in Sydney's Eastern Creek area is recruiting ambient dry store voice pickers. You will perform picking and packing of consumer goods and alcohol products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

We value experience with voice picking, EPJ operation, pallet stacking and adherence to safety standards. Flexibility for start times and overtime is required; a current forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the warehousing industry.
• Previous experience operating an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Experience with Pick & Pack and knowledge on carton stacking on pallets.
• Voice picking experience highly desirable.
• Must be flexible for the mentioned start times and standby shifts.

Ambient Dry Store Voice Pickers Wanted - Eastern Creek

Our business partner based in theEastern Creek areais aAustralianOwnedorganization that delivers leading edge supply chain management systems and cost effective logistics solutions to their customers within the food industry.

This position will be working in the Ambient Dry goods department which will involve picking and packing of consumer goods and alcohol based products .

• Pay rate$39per hour!!! probation rate. + Allowances
• after 6 months pay rate will be increased to$45 per hour
• shift times will be between 9am and 1pm starts ( Flexibility will be required )
• Flexibility will be required as the hours per day will be up to 10 hours daily Where required
• Eastern Creek Location
• Temp to Permanent opportunities

Start times will be as below

DAY SHIFT

start times will be Between 9am and 11am shift aswell and a Afternoon 1pm start flexibility will see you stand out from the crowd.

Training will be provided , if you are keen with a willingness to learn, flexible and looking for stable work

We are seeking applications from individuals who meet the following selection criteria:

• knowledge of the warehousing industry
• Previous experience operating and Electric Pallet Jack EPJ
• Experience with Pick & Pack and knowledge oncarton stackingon pallets
• Previous experience decanting and or picking off conveyor belts Highly Desirable
• Previous experience withVOICE PICKING- Highly Desirable
• Experience with pallet stacking
• MUST be flexible for the mentioned start times
• flexible as there maybe standby shifts rostered
• Flexibility to work overtime and ability to work with the start times mentioned
• Physically fit and in good health
• Good communication skills
• Astrong & reliablework history
• 2 x work related referees
• must be available to overtime where required
• Must have a current Drivers License & own reliable transport
• Team Player
