Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Australia (citizenship or permanent residency or valid visa with work rights)
• Working With Children Check prior to start
• Current Screening Clearance Number from Department of Education’s Screening Unit

Responsibilities

• Prepare, deliver and assess training programs in line with delivery and assessment plans
• Instruct, train and assess groups of secondary students with practical skill demonstrations
• Induct and mentor students, clarifying course requirements, timelines and resources
• Provide constructive feedback on student progress and assessment outcomes
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of training and assessment resources
• Maintain training records and timely reporting of assessment results
• Establish and maintain relationships with schools, students, parents and employers
• Commit to safe work practices in line with OH&S policies
• Travel to regional/remote locations for student needs and partner schools
