About the Role

We are seeking a coach who can deliver engaging and structured classes in:

• Vocal coaching (technique, performance, confidence)

You will work with a range of ages and abilities, from beginners to performance-level students, helping them build confidence and stage presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and structured classes
• Teach strong technical foundations while keeping classes enjoyable
• Build students’ confidence, creativity, and performance skills
• Prepare students for performances, showcases, and events
• Create a positive and inclusive class environment
• Communicate professionally with staff, students, and parents

About You

• Experience in vocal coaching, musical theatre, or performing arts
• Ability to work with children and teens (experience essential)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passionate, reliable, and energetic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Valid WWCC (Working With Children Check)
• Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Relevant training or industry experience in vocal
• Availability for afternoon/evening classes
