Job summary

Myer Geelong is seeking a Visual Merchandise Team Leader for a part-time role (36 hours/week) at Geelong/Torquay. Lead a creative VM team to translate seasonal trends into compelling floor displays and ensure stock readiness to create inviting shopper experiences.

You will work closely with the VM Manager to blend creativity with operational discipline, coordinating unloading, stocking and on-floor displays to captivate customers in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising styling experience in a large-format retail environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to foster effective communication and collaboration with team members.
• Love of a dynamic fast-paced workplace.
• Strong understanding of trends and styles; passion for visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Visual Merchandise team and convey current seasonal trends.
• Ensure product items on the floor are well stocked and displayed.
• Coordinate unloading shipments and maintain stock of floor displays.
• Translate seasonal trends into inspiring visual displays.
• Inspire memorable in-store experiences for customers.
