Job summary

Smiggle is seeking a Visual Merchandise Manager to lead two VM direct reports and translate our brand vision into creative merchandising strategies across NSW and ACT. You will drive the VM direction for the Smiggle brand in multiple stores, ensuring consistency with product and marketing direction.

The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with flexible location guidance, reporting to the National Visual Merchandiser, and a focus on coaching store teams to uphold high visual merchandising

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in retail visual merchandising.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple store sites within NSW & ACT.

Responsibilities

• Ensure creative direction aligns with product and marketing across NSW & ACT.
• Develop and maintain relationships with small team and key stakeholders to achieve innovative outcomes.
• Lead, coach, influence and mentor store management and staff to uphold high merchandising standards.
