Job summary

Smiggle in Sydney is seeking a Visual Merchandise Manager to translate brand vision into compelling merchandising across NSW & ACT. You will lead two VM direct reports and partner with state leadership to deliver high-impact visuals that engage customers.

Reporting to the National Visual Merchandiser, you will coach store teams, uphold visual standards, and drive creative direction across multiple stores, balancing commercial results with brand expression in a dynamic, fast-paced retail

As a Visual Merchandise Manager you will be responsible for two VM direct reports and able to translate our brand vision into creative merchandising strategies, leading and driving the VM direction of the SMIGGLEbrand in multiple stores across New South Wales and ACT.

The store locations of thisFULL TIME role of 38 hours per week, is flexible and we will be guided by you.

In addition to the technical components of the role, you will also collaborate for success with the NSW state leadership team to ensure we provide a visual experience that excites and engages our customers; as well as coach and mentor store teams in regards to visual merchandising standards and direction.

Reporting to Smiggle's National Visual Merchandiser you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring creative direction is aligned with product and marketing direction across NSW and ACT
• Develop and maintain relationships within a small team and key stakeholders to achieve innovative creative outcomes
• Leading, coaching, influencing and mentoring management and staff to achieve your high merchandising standards

To be considered successful you will have proven management experience, be commercially aware and have the ability to lead and develop a team to success. Multi-site management and previous VM experience is highly desirable.

Strong people leadership skills and a passion to help drive the business forward are essential.

The ability to utilise your exceptional people skills and build strong working relationships with people on all levels whilst applying your impeccable time management and organisational skills is key to the success of this role.
