Job summary

The Academy Brand is seeking a Part Time Field Visual Merchandiser to support our VIC stores, bringing brand vision to life with engaging VM layouts and in-store execution.

You’ll work across boutique and concession spaces, collaborating with retail management to ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time, delivering strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion visual merchandising and/or retail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A current and unrestricted driver’s license, and their own vehicle.
• A drive for success and a passion for fashion!

Are you a creative, motivated individual with a passion for fashion and visual merchandising? Academy Brand is offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic team as a Part Time Field Visual Merchandiser (VM) across our VIC stores.

This role provides the chance to work with one of Australia’s most successful and fast-growing fashion companies, known for its strong brand identity and commitment to excellence.

About the Role

As a Field VM, you'll work across our boutique and concession stores, bringing our brand vision to life by implementing visual merchandising strategies designed to create an engaging and commercially effective store environment. You'll collaborate closely with retail management to ensure stores are set up for success, with the right stock, in the right place, at the right time. This hands‑on role is pivotal in ensuring our stores deliver the best experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, creativity, and a strong work ethic to the table. Our ideal candidate has:

• A current and unrestricted driver’s license, and their own vehicle.
• A drive for success and a passion for fashion!

Job Requirements

• Able to work 18-20 hours per week
• Available Tuesday - Thursday
