Job summary

LSKD US, Inc. is seeking a visual merchandising coordinator to help plan and execute VM campaigns, seasonal changes, launches and store-wide moments.

You will coordinate timelines, support new store openings, and ensure consistency across the network while liaising with planning, merchandising and retail teams. You should bring 2–4 years in visual merchandising or related retail roles, strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in visual merchandising, retail operations or related function.
• Strong organisational and project coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of VM campaigns, seasonal changeovers, launches and key retail moments across the store network.
• Coordinate VM timelines, rollout plans and the annual VM calendar, ensuring updates are delivered on time.
• Act as the key VM contact for stores, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Support New Store Openings, campaigns and on-site VM installations as required.
• Maintain VM guidelines, training resources, and operating principles for consistency.
• Track store execution and compile feedback, imagery and reporting for improvements.
• Support store layouts, product flow and visual stories with Planning and Merchandising teams.
• Coordinate briefing, ordering, allocation, tracking and distribution of VM assets across the network.
• Support post-campaign reviews and turn learnings into improved VM execution.

Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll coordinate campaigns, new store openings, communications and day-to-day VM support, making sure our stores have everything they need to deliver a consistent, commercial and unmistakably LSKD experience.

Job Description

How you'll make an impact...

• Support the planning and execution of VM campaigns, seasonal changeovers, launches and key retail moments across the store network.
• Coordinate VM timelines, rollout plans and the annual VM calendar, ensuring all key dates, updates and guidelines are communicated and delivered on time.
• Act as the key VM contact for stores, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, execution guidance and best practice.
• Support New Store Openings, campaign launches and key retail moments, including VM installations and on-site execution as required.
• Maintain VM guidelines, training resources, documentation and operating principles to ensure stores have the tools to execute consistently.
• Track store execution and compliance, following up on actions and compiling store feedback, imagery and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support store layouts, product flow and visual stories, working with Planning, Merchandising and Retail to align stock, product and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate the briefing, ordering, allocation, tracking and distribution of VM assets, signage, props and campaign materials across the retail network.
• Support post-campaign reviews and help turn learnings into 1% better VM execution.

What you'll bring to the role...

• 2-4 years' experience in visual merchandising, retail operations or a related retail support function
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of retail presentation standards and customer experience
• Experience supporting a multi-site retail environment is desired
