Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to bring the brand to life across our retail network. You will coordinate campaigns, store openings and day‑to‑day VM support, ensuring a consistent, commercial LSKD experience across locations.

The role requires 2–4 years in VM or related retail roles, strong organisation, and excellent communication. A fast‑paced, growth environment awaits with hybrid work and access to the onsite facilities at our HQ."

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of retail presentation standards and customer experience

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of VM campaigns, seasonal changeovers, launches and key retail moments across the store network.
• Coordinate VM timelines, rollout plans and the annual VM calendar, ensuring all key dates, updates and guidelines are communicated and delivered on time.
• Act as the key VM contact for stores, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, execution guidance and best practice.
• Support New Store Openings, campaign launches and key retail moments, including VM installations and on‑site execution as required.
• Maintain VM guidelines, training resources, documentation and operating principles to ensure stores have the tools to execute consistently.
• Track store execution and compliance, following up on actions and compiling store feedback, imagery and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support store layouts, product flow and visual stories, working with Planning, Merchandising and Retail to align stock, product and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate the briefing, ordering, allocation, tracking and distribution of VM assets, signage, props and campaign materials across the retail network.
• Support post‑campaign reviews and help turn learnings into 1% better VM execution.

The Visual Merchandising Coordinator helps bring the LSKD brand to life across our retail network, turning VM strategy into standout store experiences. Working closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager, you’ll coordinate campaigns, new store openings, communications and day‑to‑day VM support, making sure our stores have everything they need to deliver a consistent, commercial and unmistakably LSKD experience.
