LSKD Fountain Gate is seeking a passionate Retail Assistant Store Manager (Deputy Coach) to support the Head Coach and drive store performance in Melbourne. You will lead the team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and bring the LSKD culture to life through events and community activations.

You will develop staff, manage daily game plans, maintain product knowledge, and own the store's visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Coach to manage the business and execute retail strategy.
• Own the community: plan in-store events and local activations.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of Educators.
• Coach the team daily with actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Master product knowledge across fabrics, fits, and styles for staff education.
• Run the floor ensuring premium visual merchandising and smooth open/close routines.
• Monitor KPIs (AOV, UPT, conversion) and act on insights.

The Mission

Our newFountain Gate store needs you! We're on the lookout for a strong leader to join as a key support to the Head Coach (Store Manager), creating the best experience for our LSKD community at our store opening this August. Leading with our values, this role will be hands on in developing the store team and culture, driving key strategic results and ensuring profitable growth of their store in day-to-day management.

This role is a dynamic opportunity to be involved in both the retail and fitness space. You will work alongside the Head Coach to bring to life events localised to your store as well as managing the business.

We get out and train together with the team each week to connect with our local community so if you live and breathe fitness, this is for you!

How You'll Make Moves

• Support & Drive the Mission: Work side-by-side with the Head Coach to manage the business, execute retail strategy, and hit your store's growth goals.
• Own the Community: Help build and roll out a strategic, fun quarterly plan of in-store events and local studio activations that turn customers into brand advocates.
• Build & Develop Your Team: Hand-pick, onboard, and grow a world-class team of Educators, creating an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated.
• Coach Your Team Daily: Run daily game plans and give real-time, constructive feedback that inspires the team to get 1% better every day.
• Be the Product Expert: Master our entire range of fabrics, fits, and styles, and ensure your team has the deep knowledge to perfectly educate our community.
• Run the Floor: Own the standard of the store - from premium visual merchandising and flawless open/close routines to keeping the back-of-house organised and accountable.
• Know Your Numbers: Read your daily and weekly KPIs, track metrics like AOV, UPT, and conversion, and deliver sharp reflections with clear actions for improvement.
