Job summary

LSKD in Australia designs leading activewear and lifestyle apparel. We seek a senior graphic designer to create original artwork for apparel and accessories across print, embroidery, applique and digital formats.

You will translate seasonal narratives into cohesive graphics and build graphic packs for internal reviews. Collaborating with Creative Direction, Design and Product Development, you will push innovation while maintaining our community-driven brand voice in a fast-paced, growth-oriented

Qualifications

• 5+ years in graphic design, ideally in streetwear or activewear brands.
• Strong t-shirt graphics portfolio with typography and layout work.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of print processes and fabric applications.
• Strong eye for composition, color storytelling, and brand alignment.

Job description

• Design original graphic artwork across apparel and accessories for LSKD
• Create artwork across multiple applications — print, embroidery, applique, woven, digital, and other specialty executions
• Produce production-ready files with a clear understanding of print techniques, limitations, and best practices
• Translate seasonal narratives and brand pillars into cohesive graphic concepts
• Build seasonal graphic packs, mood boards, and presentation decks for internal reviews and sign-off
• Maintain consistency with LSKD’s brand tone, values, and community-driven message while pushing innovation and hype
• Work closely with Creative Direction, Design and Product Development to bring concepts through the pipeline
• Identify emerging aesthetics, motifs, typography trends, and cultural signals to keep graphics ahead of the curve
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Deliver artwork on time and in alignment with range build timelines, GTM milestones, and design reviews

What you'll bring to the role...

• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within streetwear, activewear, or youth culture brands.
• A strong portfolio of t-shirt graphics showcasing typography, illustration, and layout skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Deep understanding of print processes and fabric applications (water-based, HD plastisol, puff,flock, applique, embroidery, digital, etc.).
• A strong eye for composition, balance, and color storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
