Job summary

LSKD is seeking a Merchandise Allocator to drive stock flow, allocate products across stores and events, and coordinate launches from our Global HQ in Loganholme, QLD. You will partner with Planning and Merch to ensure the right product lands in the right place at the right time, balancing inventory and maximizing sales.

You’ll use strong Excel and analytics to monitor sell-through, inform assortment decisions, and support seasonal merchandising strategy in a fast-growing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or planning, ideally within retail apparel.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actions.
• Commercial and strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with retail analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support BEST/WIN/GROW merchandising strategies to drive sales and margin.
• Own product allocations across stores, events and online based on sales, stock, promotions and profiles.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure the right assortment lands in the right place.
• Monitor inventory, sell-through and product performance to optimise stock and drive sales.
• Manage store transfers to balance inventory and meet customer demand.
• Partner with Merchandising and Planning to execute allocation strategies across location, size, colour and store space.
• Work with DC, Retail and VM to keep product flowing and stores operating efficiently.
• Visit stores to assess product performance, merchandising and inventory, feeding insights back to the team.
• Maintain allocation systems, processes and documentation to keep things running smoothly.
• Turn sales and inventory data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to seasonal planning and merchandising strategy, keeping teams aligned and moving forward.

As a Merchandise Allocator, you’ll keep our product moving and our stores stocked - owning allocations, in store product launches and inventory while keeping product data on point. Working closely with Planning and Merch, you’ll help make sure the right product lands in the right place at the right time.

This is a full time role, based in our Global HQ in Loganholme, QLD.

• Manage aged, end-of-line and discontinued stock
• Visit stores to assess product performance, merchandising and inventory, feeding insights back to the team
• Maintain allocation systems, processes and documentation to keep things running smoothly
• Turn sales and inventory data into clear insights and recommendations
• Contribute to seasonal planning and merchandising strategy, keeping teams aligned and moving forward
