Job summary

LSKD is seeking a driven Merchandiser/Planner to join our Brisbane-area team at our Logan HQ. You will own allocations across stores and online, coordinate launches, monitor stock, and turn data into actionable insights to maximise sales and margins.

You’ll collaborate with Merchandising, Planning and VM to ensure the right assortment lands in the right place, balancing inventory and customer demand in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Support LSKD’s BEST/WIN/GROW merchandising strategies to drive sales and margin.
• Own product allocations across stores, events and online, based on sales, stock, promotions and store profiles.
• Coordinate product launches and ensure the right assortment lands in the right place.
• Monitor inventory, sell-through and product performance to optimise stock and drive sales.
• Manage store transfers to balance inventory and meet customer demand.
• Partner with Merchandising and Planning to execute allocation strategies across location, size, colour and store space.
• Work with DC, Retail and VM to keep product flowing and stores operating efficiently.
• Manage aged, end-of-line and discontinued stock.
• Visit stores to assess product performance, merchandising and inventory, feeding insights back to the team.
• Maintain allocation systems, processes and documentation to keep things running smoothly.
• Turn sales and inventory data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Contribute to seasonal planning and merchandising strategy, keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
