Job summary

BLU by Adcorp is recruiting for a Visual Merchandiser to brighten stores on the Central Coast. You will maintain stunning floral and potted displays in supermarkets across the area, focusing on creating inviting shopping experiences.

The role is 3 days per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), approx. 18–22 hours, starting mid-morning. A reliable car and valid license are essential, with experience in retail or merchandising a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, physically able to lift up to 12 kg
• Valid driver’s license and reliable car required
• Ability to work independently in a retail environment

Responsibilities

• Merchandise floral and potted displays in major supermarkets.
• Create and maintain appealing point-of-sale displays.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers for product availability
• Transport stock from loading dock to shop floor and set up displays (lift up to 12 kg)
• Keep display areas clean and ensure product quality
• Engage with customers and liaise with store/department managers

Join Our Floral Merchandising Team in the Central Coast!

We are partnered with Australia's largest wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products and are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our dynamic merchandising field team in Visual Merchandiser - Central Coast.

About Us: Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Role: As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will be stores in West Gosford & Woy Woy.

• Work Schedule: 3 days/week - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
• Hours: Approximately 18-22 hours per week, starting approx. 10:00am.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers
