BLU by Adcorp is seeking a friendly floral merchandising assistant to design and maintain beautiful displays in major supermarkets across Sydney, including St Ives, Gordon and Lindfield.

Work four days per week (about 21–25 hours) starting around 7:00 am, with lifting up to 12 kg. You'll stock products, create eye-catching POS displays, and liaise with store managers to ensure availability.

Formación

• Reliable car and valid driver\'s license required.
• Retail, supermarket or merchandising experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Merchandise products in major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
• Create and maintain attractive point-of-sale displays.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers to ensure product availability.
• Transport stock from loading dock to shop floor and display (lifting up to 12 kg).
• Ensure the display area is clean and products are in good condition.
• Engage with customers and liaise with store and department managers.

About Us:

Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Role:

As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will be stores in St Ives, Gordon and Lindfield.

• Work Schedule: 4 days/week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
• Hours: Approximately 21-25 hours per week, starting approx. 7:00am.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers
