Job summary

Seed Heritage in Melbourne is seeking a Window Display Assistant to join our Windows Team. You will ensure our high standard of presentation is applied across stores and concession pads within Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

You will install window concepts, follow VM guidelines, maintain presentation standards, and work with Store Management to seize merchandising opportunities to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Visual Merchandising experience.
• Experience assembling and styling prop-heavy window and in-store installations.
• Must hold a current driver's license and have access to a car.
• Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install in-store and window VM concepts.
• Apply and interpret VM guidelines for stores.
• Maintain VM standards and store presentation.
• Identify merchandising opportunities with Store Management to increase sales.
• Achieve window presentation excellence, including stock changes and maintenance.
• Provide feedback to Managers on visual standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installing the In-store & Window VM Concepts
• Applying/interpreting and implementing the In-store VM Guidelines
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
• Achieves excellence in window presentation at all times – includes installation of window schemes/ stock changes/ housekeeping and maintenance of windows
• Ensures the assigned stores achieve and maintain visual excellence at all times and provides photographic and verbal feedback to Managers

ABOUT YOU

• Has a minimum of 1 years Visual Merchandising experience (fashion apparel experience an advantage)
• Be practised in assembling and styling prop-intensive window and in-store installations
• Possess strong time management, organisational and communication skills
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Has a passion for visual merchandising and attention to detail
• Must hold a current driver's license and have access to a car
