BLU by Adcorp is seeking a floral merchandising assistant to design and maintain vibrant displays in Greater Western Sydney supermarkets. You will support stock rotation, POS displays, and collaboration with store managers.

This role offers 15–20 hours per week across four days (Mon, Tue, Thu, Sat) starting early morning, with light lifting and independent work in a creative team. Ideal candidates have reliable transport, great customer service, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license.
• Retail, supermarket or merchandising experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication abilities.
• Well-presented with a flair for creativity.
• Reliable, physically fit and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Merchandise product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area.
• Create and maintain visually appealing point-of-sale displays.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers for product availability.
• Transport stock from loading dock to shop floor and display (lift up to 12 kg).
• Ensure display area is clean and product quality is checked.
• Engage with customers and liaise with store and department managers.

Join Our Floral Merchandising Team in Greater Western Sydney!

Are you passionate about creating beautiful spaces and bringing joy through flowers? We are partnered with Australia's largest wholesaler of fresh flowers and potted products and are looking for dedicated and reliable individuals to join our dynamic merchandising field team in Greater Western Sydney.

About Us: Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Role: As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will be stores in Greystanes / Pemulwuy.

• Work Schedule: 4 days/week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
• Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, starting approx. 7.00am.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers
