Job summary

H&M Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to create an inspiring, consistent customer experience by implementing visual standards and driving commercial excellence. You’ll execute visual and styling curation in line with guidelines to enhance the customer journey and boost store performance.

You will analyze sales data, manage stock, and identify opportunities with Store Management while coaching the team to deliver engaging customer experiences and fashion-forward visuals.

• Proven visual merchandising and commercial experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation in line with store guidelines to boost sales.
• Analyse sales performance, maintain stock levels, ensure garment care and identify opportunities with Store Management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team.
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support Sales Market with store expansion projects.
