Job summary

Blu By Adcorp is seeking a reliable floral merchandising assistant to support our Bendigo area stores with beautiful displays and engaging customer experiences.

You will maintain floral and potted displays in major supermarkets, stock management, POS setup, and collaborate with store managers. 4 days per week, about 20 hours, in Bendigo marketplaces. Must have own car and a valid Australian driver’s license; retail or merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

• Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.
• Reliable, physically fit and able to work independently.
• Own vehicle and valid Australian driver\'s license required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise floral and potted displays in major supermarkets.
• Create and maintain eye-catching point-of-sale displays.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers.
• Transport stock from loading dock to shop floor (lift up to 12 kg).
• Ensure display areas are clean and display quality is maintained.
• Engage with customers and liaise with store/department managers.

About Us:

Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Role:

As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will include Bendigo Marketplace and Golden Square.

• Work Schedule: 4 days/week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (potential for additional days)
• Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers
