Campbell & Bradley Flowers in Geelong is seeking a Floral Team Member / Merchandiser to service Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.

This hands-on role combines floristry, merchandising and customer service, with independent work days driving a company vehicle and setting up displays in supermarkets.

You will rotate stock, maintain freshness, and have opportunities to develop floral design skills as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in floristry or floral industry preferred.
• Strong merchandising and presentation skills.
• Enjoys floral design and creating beautiful arrangements.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• Independent worker accustomed to being on the road.
• Holds a current, unrestricted Australian driver licence.

Campbell & Bradley Flowers is a leading supplier of fresh flowers to supermarkets across Australia. We're looking for a motivated and reliable Floral Team Member / Merchandiser to service stores throughout the Surf Coast and Bellarine Peninsula.

This is a hands-on role that combines floristry, merchandising and customer service, giving you the opportunity to work independently while creating stunning floral displays that delight customers every day.

While the primary focus of the role is merchandising and maintaining our supermarket displays, there will also be opportunities to complete a small amount of floral arranging and bouquet preparation. As Campbell & Bradley Flowers continues to grow, this role has exciting potential to evolve, with increasing opportunities for creative floral design and arrangement work.

About the Role

Your day will involve:

• Delivering fresh flowers to supermarket customers using a company vehicle.
• Creating attractive, sales-focused floral displays.
• Merchandising stock to maximise presentation and sales.
• Completing a small amount of floral arranging and bouquet preparation as required.
• Rotating stock and maintaining freshness and quality standards.
• Removing aged product and minimising waste.
• Building positive relationships with store teams.
• Ensuring stores are maintained to Campbell & Bradley Flowers' high presentation standards.
• Working independently while managing your daily schedule efficiently.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in the floristry or floral industry (preferred).
• Has exceptional merchandising and presentation skills.
• Enjoys floral design and has a passion for creating beautiful arrangements.
• Has an eye for detail and takes pride in their work.
• Enjoys working independently and being on the road.
• Is physically fit and capable of lifting flower buckets and cartons.
• Has excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Holds a current, unrestricted Australian Driver Licence with a safe driving record.
