Job summary

B lu By Adcorp in the Hunter region is seeking dedicated merchandisers to keep floral displays fresh in major supermarkets across Australia. You’ll design and maintain eye-catching displays and POS materials, collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability.

Hours are approximately 22–25 per week starting around 10:00am. You’ll transport stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpack, and creatively display (lifting up to 12kg), while delivering friendly, customer-focused

Qualifications

• Retail, supermarket or merchandising experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service and strong communication abilities.
• Reliable, physically fit and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising product range in major supermarket chains within assigned area.
• Create and maintain attractive point-of-sale displays.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers to ensure product availability.
• Transport stock from loading dock to shop floor, unpack and display (lifting up to 12kg).
• Ensure display area is clean and product quality is checked.
• Engage with customers and liaise with store and department managers.

The Role:

As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will be stores in Huntlee & Singleton.

• Hours: Approximately 22-25 hours per week, starting approx. 10:00am..

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
