Job summary

Blu By Adcorp in Sydney's Shire District seeks dedicated floral merchandising team members to maintain stunning floral and potted displays in major supermarkets. You will work four days a week, about 12-18 hours, starting around 7:30am, servicing stores in Menai and Engadine.

Ideal candidates have a reliable car and driver's license, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a creative, supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Own a reliable car and valid driver's license.
• Retail, supermarket or merchandising experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Well-presented, creative, reliable and physically fit.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise floral and potted displays in major supermarkets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers to ensure product availability.
• Transport stock from loading dock to shop floor and display creatively (lifting up to 12kg).
• Ensure display areas are clean and product quality is maintained.
• Engage with customers and liaise with store and department managers.

About Us:

Our floral merchandising team specializes in designing inviting floral and potted displays in major supermarkets across Australia. We take pride in our work, and we want you to be a part of our mission to brighten up every store we serve!

The Role:

As a member of our floral merchandising team, you will enhance the shopping experience for customers by maintaining stunning floral displays in stores. Your areas of service will be stores in Menai & Engadine.

• Work Schedule: 4 days/week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
• Hours: Approximately 12-18 hours per week, starting approx. 7.30am.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising our product range in major supermarket chains within your assigned area
• Creating and maintaining beautiful point-of-sale displays
• Monitoring stock levels and collaborating with store managers to ensure product availability
• Transporting stock from the loading dock to the shop floor, unpacking, and creatively displaying (lifting up to 12kgs)
• Ensuring the display area is clean and checking product quality
• Engaging with customers and liaising with store and department managers
