Adairs is seeking an experienced State Visual Merchandising Manager to inspire and lead a team across NSW & ACT, ensuring our brand comes to life in-store. You will translate the national creative vision into engaging customer experiences that drive sales and operational excellence.

You'll collaborate with Area Managers, State Leaders and Store Teams to build capability, accountability and a culture of visual merchandising excellence at scale.

• Proven experience leading visual merchandising across a state, regional or multi-site retail environment.
• Strong ability to coach, influence and develop leaders and teams.
• Demonstrated success linking visual merchandising initiatives to commercial results.

Responsibilities

• Lead visual merchandising across NSW & ACT to translate brand vision into in-store experiences.
• Deliver seasonal campaigns and key trading events with consistency and commercial focus.
• Coach and develop Visual Merchandisers, Store Managers and leaders.
• Partner with Area Managers and retail leaders to raise visual standards and store performance.
• Ensure stores are campaign-ready through planning, communication and execution.
• Use insights and trading results to identify opportunities for brand and commercial outcomes.
• Support new store openings, relocations and refits with embedded standards from day one.
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing and Property teams to create seamless customer experiences across touchpoints.

About the Role

As State Visual Merchandising Manager, you will act as the vital link between our brand vision and store execution. Leading a team of Visual Merchandisers across NSW & ACT, you'll ensure every store consistently delivers engaging, customer-first shopping experiences that reflect the Adairs brand while supporting sales, productivity and operational success.

You'll work collaboratively with Area Managers, State Leaders and Store Teams to build confidence, capability and accountability, creating a culture where visual merchandising excellence is embraced by everyone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bring the Adairs brand to life through exceptional visual merchandising execution across our NSW & ACT store network
• Deliver seasonal campaigns, promotional activity and key trading events with consistency, creativity and commercial focus
• Lead, coach and develop Visual Merchandisers, Store Managers and retail leaders, building capability and accountability across the business
• Partner with Area Managers and retail leaders to elevate visual standards, customer experience and store performance
• Ensure stores are operationally ready for campaigns, launches and peak trading periods through effective planning, communication and execution
• Leverage customer insights and trading results to identify opportunities that enhance both brand experience and commercial outcomes
• Support new store openings, relocations and refits, ensuring Adairs visual merchandising standards are embedded from day one
• Collaborate with Retail Operations, Marketing and Property teams to deliver seamless and inspiring customer experiences across every touchpoint

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading visual merchandising across a state, regional or multi-site retail environment

• Demonstrated success connecting visual merchandising initiatives to commercial results
• Experience planning and executing large-scale campaigns, promotions and peak trading events
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising principles and customer experience
• Exceptional organisation, planning and communication skills
• A passion for creating inspiring retail environments and developing high-performing teams
