Job summary

LEAP is seeking a Visual Designer for Australia’s Practice Areas to shape the visual identity of each practice area within the LEAP master brand. Based in Sydney with a hybrid model, you’ll translate complex software concepts into striking visuals for digital, print and campaigns.

You’ll lead on logos, colour systems and visual language, collaborate with the AU Marketing team, product and web squads, and push creative boundaries with AI-driven tools to deliver cohesive experiences for lawyers

Qualifications

5+ years of graphic design experience in B2B or SaaS.
Strong portfolio across digital, print and motion.
Experience shaping brand and sub-brands within a master brand.
Ability to translate complex concepts into visuals.

Responsibilities

Shape practice areas identity, taking the lead on the visual identity for each Practice Area verticals.
Bring each practice area to life, translating complex software concepts into visuals for audiences.
Communicate product value with visuals, turning positioning into clear visuals.
Innovate with technology, experimenting with AI-driven design tools.
Collaborate across the team with Marketing, AU Visual Designer, product, web and other teams.
