Job summary

LEAP AU is seeking a Marketing Manager – Practice Areas to lead strategy and marketing for LEAP AU’s Practice Areas. You’ll own positioning, ICPs and go-to-market for new releases, coordinating across Sales, Practice Area teams and the Visual Designer to ensure a cohesive voice.

You’ll craft credible content, run CPD events and podcasts, lead social and campaigns, and help shape the broader AU marketing plan. Based in Sydney with a hybrid setup, you’ll mentor others as the function grows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product or B2B marketing at a tech or SaaS company.
• Experienced with product launches, positioning and messaging.
• Strong writing skills for professional audiences.
• Able to lead across content, events, podcasts and campaigns.
• Comfortable partnering with designers, product owners and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and ICP for each Practice Area and tailor messaging.
• Lead go-to-market for new apps and features with cross-team planning.
• Create credible practice-area content, including blogs and guides.
• Coordinate events, webinars and a practice-area podcast program.
• Drive social content and sales enablement from launches and campaigns.
• Support wider AU marketing planning and calendar with a practice-area lens.
• Measure results and apply AI-driven insights to improve adoption.
