Job summary

Pymble Ladies’ College seeks an experienced Vision Valley Teacher to lead high-quality Outdoor Education and residential programs at Vision Valley campus and offsite sites. You will develop and sustain engaging curriculum, supporting student wellbeing and leadership development across Year 9 cohorts during four weeks each term.

The role involves flexible hours, nights on-resident programs, and collaboration with a pool of educators to deliver safe, inspiring and real-world learning experiences

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with NSW accreditation or eligibility under the NSW Teacher Accreditation Act.
• Experience delivering outdoor education and residential programs.
• Ability to develop engaging Year 9 residential modules; focus on wellbeing and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outdoor education and residential programs at Vision Valley.
• Develop and support Year 9 Residential Program across four weeks each term.
• Support student wellbeing and capture authentic learning through real-world experiences.
• Prepare for each Year 9 cohort and coordinate with campus leadership.
