Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist to lead advanced wound care within the Virtual Care Service at Royal North Shore Hospital, Douglas Building. This on-site, permanent part-time CNS2 role drives expert nursing practice and patient outcomes.

The CNS provides senior clinical leadership, wound assessment and management through the Virtual Wound Hub, coordinating care and using digital technologies to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across

Competenze

Current RN registration with AHPRA and post-registration qualifications, plus at least 3 years in the clinical area.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach nursing staff for professional development.
Advanced knowledge in assessment and management of wounds (acute and chronic).
Proven experience in case management, care planning, coordination and evaluating outcomes.
Experience leading initiatives to improve clinical service delivery and patient outcomes.
