Job summary

Wound Innovations is seeking a Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse based in the Northern Sydney region for an immediate start. The role can be full-time five days a week or permanent part-time, minimum four days per week, with travel across the Sydney region to service facilities.

• Registered nurse with wound care experience
• AHPRA registration required
• Ability to educate groups and individuals
• Experience documenting care and outcomes

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously across residential aged care and patients' homes
• Assess and manage wounds incl. Pressure injuries, leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, etc.
• Provide group and individual wound education
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate interprofessional care
• Travel across NSW to service facilities
