Job summary

DKSH Healthcare Australia is seeking an entry-level Virtual Sales Representative to launch a career in pharmaceutical sales. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals via outbound virtual calls, promote brands, and hit personal and team targets.

Hybrid working model with 3 days in Melbourne Southbank office and 2 days from home, offering comprehensive training and pathways into medical sales field roles. No extensive sales experience required—driven newcomers are welcome.

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals through outbound virtual calls
• Promote and represent leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands
• Achieve and exceed individual and team targets
• Use your communication and influencing skills to create meaningful customer conversations
• Accurately record customer interactions and maintain activity and sales data
• Work collaboratively with a fun, supportive and close-knit virtual sales team
• Develop valuable pharmaceutical sales experience that can open doors to future field-based medical sales opportunities
• Work in a hybrid environment - 3 days in our Melbourne (Southbank) office and 2 days from home

What we're looking for

You don't need years of sales experience - we're looking for entry level candidates with potential, attitude and drive.

You'll ideally have:

• A genuine interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and sales
• A science, health or related qualification
• Some customer-facing or junior sales experience - retail, hospitality, customer service or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
• Resilience and the ability to handle challenges and setbacks
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• A competitive, target-driven mindset and desire to succeed
• Current residency in Sydney
