Job summary

TAG is seeking a TAG24 Travel Specialist to fully service enquiries, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards. This full-time role offers a hybrid working arrangement across Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, with weekend hours required.

You will negotiate with vendors, manage complex reissues, maintain accurate GDS data and build VIP client relationships while upholding PCI compliance and company policies.

Qualifications

• BS or BA degree or equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in the Travel Industry or a 24 hours department or similar service industry (10 years preferred).
• 7 years of GDS experience (Galileo or Amadeus).

Responsibilities

• Fully service enquiries, bookings and ticketing with the highest standards.
• Resolve errors or client complaints adhering to top customer service standards.
• Process complex reissues and pricing records accurately.
• Maintain deadlines, policies and SLAs for clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP/entertainment clients and groups.
