Job summary

Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time VIP Bar Attendant at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin, NT. You will prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and provide exceptional guest service while efficiently managing bar operations for Lucky North VIP members.

The ideal candidate has 2 years bar experience, strong communication skills, and holds RSA, RSG, and Food Safety certificates. You must be able to work a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years bar experience preferred.
• RSA and RSG certificates required.
• Food Safety Certificate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Lucky North VIP members.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Record all spillage and wastage of stock and dispose of items properly.
