Qualifications

• 2 years' bar experience preferred.
• RSA and RSG certificates required.
• Food Safety Certificate required.
• Willing to work across a 7-day roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide exceptional customer service to Lucky North VIP members.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Record all spillage and wastage of stock and dispose of items correctly.
