RJN Cua Vineyards is seeking up to 20 full-time Labourers to join our horticulture team. The role supports wine and table grape harvests across peak periods and requires flexibility for shifts at two main sites in Red Cliffs, VIC and Mundubbera, QLD.
Responsibilities include assisting harvest operations, maintaining vineyard grounds, and preparing fruit for packaging and export. Candidates should be physically fit and able to pass police checks, with a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Job Description
RJN Cua Vineyards is a horticulture-based business that primarily works with table and wine grapes. The business traditionally runs at full capacity between the months of November - May, with the additional months occupied with setting up for the next season and other tasks. RJN Cua Vineyards is seeking up to 20 full-time, long-term employees to join the team as a faming Labourer.
This role offers up to 3 years of employment in a full-time capacity. Operations will be a maximum of 12 hours per shift, with two days off per fortnight. Weekly hours will not exceed 60 hours unless external factors require.
The location of work will be transferable between the two main sites. These sites are in the following vicinities:

Remuneration will be as per the Horticulture Award 2020. Depending on the candidate's skill level, employees will commence on Level 1 as a full-time employee, equating to $25.74 an hour. After completing 3 months of employment (if you have not already), the successful candidate will progress to Level 2, $26.44 an hour.
Overtime payments will be as per the Horticulture Award and as required. This role will be subject to a 6-month probationary period commencing as of the first working day for the successful candidate.
