Sevenoaks Senior College invites applications for a permanent full-time Vice Principal role commencing Term 1, 2027. The Vice Principal will lead a unique senior schooling model, supporting students to Find Your Future through personalised pathways and a strong Young Adult Ethos.

Qualifications

• Evidence of strong leadership in a school or educational setting.
• Experience implementing strategic plans and school improvement initiatives.
• Ability to engage with families, partners and the broader community.
• Understanding of wellbeing and 21st century learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to Sevenoaks Senior College.
• Drive the College's vision, pathways and wellbeing initiatives to support student success.
• Lead collaboration with staff, advocates, families and external partners.
• Monitor student engagement and achievement and progress post-school pathways.
