Crowne Plaza Melbourne Carlton is seeking Casual & Part Time Bartenders to join our team in Melbourne. Availability across 3:00pm-11:00pm, Monday to Sunday, is essential. We are an offsite catering company delivering exceptional service for events and everyday dining.

Having your own vehicle is essential for this role. We offer flexible shifts, competitive pay, and opportunities to work with a renowned hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Experienced - with a strong interest in wine, you'll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks. Ideally with formal bartending training a distinct advantage.
• Have an appreciation and sound knowledge of food and service.
• Courteous and kind with a can-do attitude.
• Fitness - you'll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling.
• Strength - sometimes you'll need to lift, push or pull.
• Literate - you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths.
• Flexible - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job.
• Compliant - as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you'll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language, with an RSA.
• Articulate - a great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to.
