Crowne Plaza Carlton is seeking Casual & Part Time F&B Attendants to join Melbourne's newest hospitality destination, delivering a unique bar and dining experience.

You'll have flexible shifts across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, with Monday to Friday and weekend availability. Bring a warm, professional service attitude, love of wine, and RSA; training and accommodation discounts are provided.

Qualifications

• Food and service knowledge with a can-do attitude.
• Courteous, kind, and able to stay on your feet.
• Fitness for long shifts with bending and kneeling.
• Experience with wine and bar skills; formal bartending training a plus.
• RSA compliant and fluent in local language.
• Excellent communication and warm, welcoming manner.

What we need from you

• Have an appreciation and sound knowledge of food and service
• Are courteous and kind with a can-do attitude
• Fitness -you'll be on your feet most of the day with lots of bending and kneeling
• Strength -sometimes you'll need to lift, push or pull
• Literate -you'll need a good grasp of reading, writing and basic maths
• Flexible -night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
• Experienced - with a strong interest in wine, you'll know how to prepare a wide range of drinks. Ideally with formal bartending training a distinct advantage
• Compliant -as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you'll be above the minimum age required and fluent in the local language, with an RSA
• Articulate -a great communicator, you'll be warm, welcoming and easy to talk to
