Job summary

VetPartners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to recruit graduate and experienced veterinarians across Queensland. The role blends relationship building, strategic recruitment and industry knowledge in a collaborative team.

The position is permanent full-time in Ormeau, QLD with a hybrid model (3 days in the office). We welcome veterinarians exploring non-clinical paths and professionals with strong communication and commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles is valued.
• Interest in veterinary industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and clinic teams to deliver recruitment solutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for graduates and experienced veterinarians across Queensland.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Engage passive candidates and develop long-term relationships within the veterinary profession.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Attend veterinary conferences and university/careers events to represent VetPartners.
• Support attraction, engagement and retention strategies for veterinarians.
• Identify improvements to recruitment systems and processes.
