Job summary

Greencross Pet Wellness Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (ECC Vet Recruitment) to lead the end-to-end recruitment of emergency veterinarians across our network in Australia.

You will collaborate with veterinary professionals and hospital leaders to understand local needs, attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience, across Australia and internationally, in a flexible hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Background in veterinary clinical roles or veterinary recruitment.
• Experience in human healthcare recruitment is acceptable.
• Strong relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for emergency veterinarians across our network.
• Build relationships with veterinary professionals locally and internationally.
• Develop targeted sourcing and attraction strategies for a competitive market.
• Partner with hospital leaders to understand workforce needs and priorities.
