Albion Veterinary Surgery is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our supportive team in a bustling clinic. You will assist veterinarians with surgeries and dental treatments, perform in-house pathology, and conduct nurse consultations while delivering compassionate care to our patients and owners.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years' veterinary nursing experience.
• Approachable, friendly and able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Adaptable, organised and able to work in a busy clinical environment.
• Genuine passion for animal welfare and high-quality patient care.
• Enthusiastic about learning, developing new skills and contributing to clinic success.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with surgical procedures and dental treatments.
• Perform in-house pathology and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct nurse consultations and support preventative healthcare.
• Provide exceptional nursing care, monitoring and handling of patients.
• Support hospitalised patients and ensure comfort and wellbeing.
• Maintain hygiene and patient safety and support daily clinical operations.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and nurses to deliver excellent patient care.
