Job summary

Greencross Chatswood is seeking a Veterinary Director to lead an established team, mentor veterinarians and nurses, and help shape the next chapter of our clinic. The role combines hands-on clinical work with strategic leadership in a modern, well-equipped practice co-located with Petbarn in Chatswood.

You’ll work with four veterinarians and seven nurses, enjoy a diverse caseload including wildlife, and contribute to governance, client relationships and clinic growth while supported by a network

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree recognised in Australia and NSW registration eligibility.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Experience in mentoring and developing others.
• Passion for building positive team culture.
• Effective communication and empathetic leadership.
• Commitment to collaboration, continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
