Job summary

VECA is a 24/7 emergency and specialist veterinary hospital group with sites at Campbelltown and Norwest. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to own the relationship between VECA and the GP vets who refer to us.

This road role involves visiting clinics across Greater Sydney, building real relationships with practice owners, vets, nurses and reception teams, and ensuring VECA is top of mind for cases needing emergency or specialist care.

Qualifications

• Experience in the veterinary industry (nurse, practice manager, vet, or veterinary sales).
• Own reliable car and a full NSW driver licence.
• Comfortable with outreach through every channel, including cold visits.
• Confident, warm and well-organised in a hospital-group setting.
• Available for occasional after-hours CE events.

Responsibilities

• Visit GP clinics across Greater Sydney on a structured rotation.
• Reactivate lapsed referrers and open new ones.
• Run CE evenings, lunch and learns and hospital tours.
• Represent VECA at conferences and industry events.
• Follow up referral cases so referring vets feel looked after.
• Track and report on referral volume by clinic.
