Job summary

Doyalson Animal Hospital in the Central Coast of NSW is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to guide a six-vet team and shape clinical direction. This full-time role offers a 38-hour week, with one in five Saturdays, no after-hours work, Sundays or public holidays.

You'll receive a competitive base salary plus super, a quarterly leadership bonus, visa sponsorship for overseas candidates, and relocation support while advancing veterinary care in a supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• BVSc or equivalent degree recognised in Australia.
• Minimum 5 years of veterinary clinical experience.
• Experience mentoring and leading veterinarians is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive veterinary care, diagnose and treat a diverse range of cases.
• Lead a collaborative team of veterinarians and veterinary nurses.
• Work alongside a dedicated practice manager.
