The University of Notre Dame Australia invites applications for the Student Support Officer, VET position at the Broome Campus. This part-time role (0.8 FTE) continues a contract and supports VET administration, student services and liaison with students and stakeholders.

Your duties include maintaining student records, handling course enquiries, complying with policies, and keeping information current across systems and portals. The role reports to the Operations Manager, VET.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant degree or equivalent experience, education and training.
• Administrative experience in Vocational Education and Training or a Registered Training Organisation environment, with knowledge of ASQA, training packages and government-funded programs.
• Strong Microsoft Office, LMS and CRM system skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, organisation and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, show attention to detail, solve problems and use initiative.

• Support day-to-day administration, maintain student records, and assist with student course enquires.
• Maintain accurate student files and registers in line with compliance requirements.
• Respond to student and stakeholder enquiries.
• Support process improvements and comply with University policies.
• Keep program information current across relevant systems and portals.
